Stanborough Farm is ideally placed for those Guests wishing to use the public transport network (or choosing to leave the car behind during their trip!). There is an excellent train service from Paddington to Totnes. Guests can be collected from Totnes Railway Station. A bus service runs from Totnes to Kingsbridge with a bus stop at Halwell half way (Stanborough Farm is just a 10 minute walk from Halwell bus stop). The bus Stop at Halwell runs a regular service to Totnes, Kingsbridge & Dartmouth.

Directions: From Totnes: Once in Totnes head for Kingsbridge. You will drive through two villages, the first is Harbertonford, the second Halwell. Just as you are leaving Halwell take the turning on your right for Moreleigh. This will take you down the dip over a little bridge and then up the other side. Keep going until you see Stanborough Farm on your left.
From Kingsbridge: Once in Kingsbridge head for Totnes, keep going straight for about 5 miles until you see a sign on your left for Moreleigh. Take this road, as you are driving into Moreleigh there is a sharp corner, here turn off right for Halwell, (crossing over the road - it is also signed village hall), keep going on this road to Halwell until you see Stanborough Farm on your right.
This is a great location for exploring Dartmouth, Totnes, Salcombe and Kingsbridge. Throughout the day, you will visit Paignton, Dartmouth and Totnes by travelling by boat, steam train or bus between them.
