It has a tiled floor, underfloor heating, an airing cupboard and inbuilt USB charger port. On their first floor is the bedroom with zip-and-link beds offering the choice of king size bed (5ft) or twin beds. A chest of drawers and bedside cabinets also provided. There is a separate dressing area. (Please note that the bedroom has limited head height in the eaves). The shower/wet room is on the ground floor Outside there is a paved patio to the side and in front of the conservatory with benches and garden furniture maximising the coastal views. You can access the owner’s paddock from the garden. A parking space is provided.
Directions: Telscombe Cliffs is on the west side of Peacehaven. Turn into the road next to the Texaco garage and opposite the Thai Elephant restaurant. Follow this, Kirby Drive, to the top of the hill, passing the Tesco Express store on your left. Turn left at the T junction with Telscombe Road. Follow the track for 1/2 mile. Coombelands is on your left. The old Stable is in the grounds of the house.
