A ground floor apartment that has been tastefully converted from a 17th Century farm building, suitable for 2 people.  Amazing views across the moat and fields with large windows almost the full length of the apartment.  The bathroom layout, and door widths make this suitable for disabled guests.  The spacious bedroom has a king size bed with the ensuite walk in wet room.

We are situated in attractive, unspoiled rural surroundings, about 4 miles South of Colchester.  The farm is adjacent to Abberton Reservoir and located near coastal areas such as Mersea Island, Maldon & Tollesbury.  Colchester Zoo is just 3 miles away and the historic Roman City is a wonderful place to explore.
