The first floor has a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom which has a shower over bath, basin and toilet. There is also a small single room, ideal for a child. The living room has electric fire, oil fired central heating throughout, bedding and towels included. A high chair is available on request. TV/DVD player, electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and Wireless Internet (WiFI) is available (“Rural WiFi”, so speeds may not be what you are used to). The property has parking for 2 cars, an enclosed patio area to relax in , and hot tub. 2 well behaved dogs are welcome but must not be left in property unattended and are not allowed upstairs or on beds or furniture. This is a no smoking property.
