The Courtyard Room is a self contained apartment in the grounds of Claridge House, a Victorian country house located in Lingfield, with 2 acres of established woodland garden and onsite parking . Set behind the main house, it comprises 1 comfortable room with double bed and television, 1 kitchenette combo living room (kitchenette has under counter fridge, combi oven/microwave, kettle etc.) and click clack sofa bed. Bathroom is large with shower. The Courtyard Room is accessible and there is a dedicated disabled parking spot nearby. Access to the main house and gardens. Breakfast of a substantial continental vegetarian buffet (served between 8:30-9:30am) is included.

NEAR PUBLIC TRANSPORT:- 45 mins from London Victoria to Lingfield station and approx. 1 mile from station. From London Victoria catch the East Grinstead train to Lingfield. You will need to change at East Croydon if travelling from any other major London train stations. Once at Lingfield, the retreat is a pleasant 25 minute walk through local parks.

At first mini roundabout in Lingfield go straight ahead, at second mini roundabout bear left. Follow directions below from Lingfield. From M23: Leave at Junction 10 following signs to East Grinstead. At the second roundabout turn left and follow the B2038 to Lingfield (cross one staggered junction, then cross the A22 at a roundabout). At first mini roundabout in Lingfield bear right, at second mini roundabout bear left. Follow directions below from Lingfield. From Lingfield: About half a mile out of Lingfield, past the racecourse on your right, go under a railway bridge with traffic lights. About quarter of a mile after the bridge, fork right towards Dormansland along Dormans Road. Claridge House is situated about 240 yards along on the left. BY TRAIN:- From London Victoria catch the East Grinstead train to Lingfield. You will need to change at East Croydon if travelling from any other major London train stations.
