Situated in the farmhouse garden, it enjoys marvellous views across the countryside to Ross on Wye. The cottage has a living room with colour television and fully equipped kitchen (electric cooker, fridge and microwave) with natural slate floor and a dining area. The bedroom has a king-sized bed with pine furniture, and bathroom ensuite complete with bath and electric shower. If required a single bed can be added. Guests are welcome to relax in the garden, perhaps enjoy a barbeque or walk around the farm or by the river watching the wildlife. Short breaks may be available, please ask. Electric car charging available for nominal charge.
Directions: At the junction of A49 and A40 roundabout, take A40 dual carriageway signed to M50. After only 20 yards turn immediately left signposted 'no through road'. Farm is at the end of the road.
Well situated for touring the Wye Valley, Forest of Dean, Welsh Borders and the Malverns. The River Wye forms the eastern boundary of the farm, providing an opportunity for excellent fishing (by arrangement) and relaxing walks. Close by are Goodrich Castle and Symonds Yat Rock. For those wishing to take exercise there are also opportunities for canoeing, cycling and golf nearby.
