Recently we spent a night in great comfort at Herb Cottage whilst visiting our family nearby. It was pouring with rain when we arrived, but the warmth of Suzanne’s welcome more than made up for the dismal weather. Both she and her interesting home are a delight, and our en-suite room was so pretty, spacious and warm with views over fields, and a wonderfully huge and comfortable bed. Breakfast of course was delicious, with amongst other things, compote from her own soft fruits and very good home made ginger marmalade. Thank you for all your lovely hospitality Suzanne, we hope to see you again very soon.
We have just returned from a 4 night stay with Suzanne at Herb Cottage. We booked two very comfortable and attractive bedrooms for ourselves and friends. Suzanne is a warm, welcoming hostess who provided excellent breakfasts and a wealth of information about the local area and beyond.
If you are looking for a cosy retreat where you will feel immediately relaxed and really welcome then look no further than Herb Cottage.
