Directions: Leave M5 at Junction 27 and take A361 towards Tiverton. After 7 miles at roundabout take A396 towards Brampton and Dulverton. After 5 miles, at roundabout (Exeter Inn on right) turn left. After 2 miles, at Black Cat Cafe and filling station follow road around to left. Go over Exe Bridge. After 5 miles on B3227 at Woodburn Cross turn right and follow signs to East Anstey. Before you see village name plate on left, follow sign to Hawkridge. In one mile you will see white house (Dassels) on right. Drive is right beside their entrance. House is red brick house in front of you.
