The delightful two storey cottage, with beams and natural wood, is attached to The Old Rectory, yet is totally self contained. It is in secluded grounds on the edge of the lovely village of Sellattyn with its ancient church, pub and school. It has stunning views of the Shropshire countryside and is excellent accommodation for a couple or a single person. Downstairs there is a cosy living room and fully equipped modern kitchen, with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer and washing machine, as well as the old bread oven that has been retained as a feature. There is a colour TV in the cosy living room, which has an oil stove to provide heating when necessary. Electric fires are also provided. An attractive central staircase leads to the bathroom and a double bedroom. There is also a small bedrooms with a 3 foot single bed. Hot water is provided by an electric immersion heater.
