The Roost is a new barn conversion, sleeps up to 4 persons and is a ‘reverse-level property’, tastefully furnished and equipped to a very high standard offering spectacular views of the Cornish landscape from the first floor windows and the balcony. Downstairs there is a double bedroom with a king-size bed, a bedroom with bunk beds and a shower-room. Upstairs, is ‘open-plan, spacious but cosy, with a beautiful oak kitchen and dining area one end and the sitting room opening out onto a balcony with patio table and chairs, both with spectacular views of our countryside. There is ample parking, a garden with barbecue, farm trail and sky television
Directions: From Penzance take the Land's End A30 road, do not go to St.Buryan, keep on A30. After 5 miles, the farm lane will be on the right hand side of the road, just before Crows-an-wra. There is a large sign 'Tredinney Farmhouse Accommodation' at the end of the lane and also a sign 'Cardinney Caravan Park'. Turn into the lane and continue past the caravan park. At the Y junction, bear right along the lane. The farmhouse is the fourth house in the farm-place. You will see the new barn conversions, 'The Roost and Primrose Barn. This is 7/10 of a mile from the A30.
