Directions: DIRECTIONS: FROM THE M40 TRAVELLING NORTH - Take Junction 11, turn left towards Banbury, and then follow the A422 through Wroxton. After a few miles you will see a sign welcoming you to Warwickshire. The drive is exactly 1 mile from this sign, on the RHS, just after a brown sign on LHS saying “Upton House 200 yards”. The drive is 10 metres before the road signposted to Ratley. Turn right in here, and Uplands is the first entrance on the right.
DIRECTIONS: FROM THE M40 SOUTH - Turn off at junction 12, follow signpost to Gaydon, turn left at the roundabout in the village following the sign to Upton House, Continue for about 2 miles and then turn right following sign Upton House, turn left at the ‘T’ junction and continue to the end of the road, still following Upton House, turn left, going past Upton House, and pass the turning on left signposted to Ratley. There is a drive 10 metres further on the left, marked Uplands Farm. Turn in here, and Uplands is the first entrance on the right.
