The ground floor features a double bedroom with a shower en-suite, while the first floor offers a double bedroom with a WC en-suite and a twin bedroom, as well as a sitting area on the landing. The property also includes a ground floor shower room, a fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, and a comfortable sitting room with dining area. Outside, you can enjoy the private enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture, as well as off-road parking for 2 cars. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome to join you on your stay. Additionally, guests have shared access to an indoor heated swimming pool (May to October), a games room with pool table, table tennis, and table football, and 12 acres of grounds with two large ponds. Please note that bed linen is provided, but towels are not included, so be sure to bring your own.
