As the countdown to the festive season begins, now is the time to make the most of those fabulous winter’s days…walks along the windswept beach or through the frosted woodland to that pub with its roaring fire and warming tipple!
2021 has marked another year when we have all embraced the opportunity to holiday in the UK and enjoy the amazing places on our own shores…and having been inspired, many are set to continue this voyage of discovery in 2022, be it taking a trip down memory lane or exploring somewhere new. Our County Guide gives a flavour of our unique and diverse heritage. Cornwall has ensured its place as one of our favourite holiday destinations, and for all you film buffs and television fans out there looking forward to your winter ‘viewing’, Cornwall may be more familiar than you think!
New to B&B Nationwide, we’re delighted to introduce Southcliffe B&B, located in Lynton, a small Victorian town in North Devon, set amongst the spectacular scenery of an area known as ‘England’s Little Switzerland’ and home to the Lynton & Lynmouth Cliff Railway, the highest and steepest totally water powered railway in the world! Southcliffe is owned and managed by James and Stuart, who you may remember as the former owners of Brynarth Country Guest House in Aberystwyth! We are pleased to be able to support them as they make this exciting step as the new owners of this fabulous B&B.
